Form | Lyophilized To keep the original salt concentration, we recommend reconstituting to the original concentration prior to lyophilization (see Concentration) in ddH2O. If a lower concentration is required, dilute in PBS, pH 7.4. If a higher concentration is required, the product can be reconstituted directly in PBS, pH 7.4, though please note that this will change the overall salt concentration. The stock concentration should be between 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Do not vortex. |

Descripción
ACP6 is a lysophospholipase primarily involved in the dephosphorylation of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) to monoacylglycerol. It plays a key role in lipid metabolism and signaling, particularly in processes related to cellular growth and migration. ACP6 is widely expressed in various tissues, including the liver and kidney, and may have implications in cancer and metabolic disorders.

Hydrolyzes lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) containing a medium length fatty acid chain to the corresponding monoacylglycerol. Has highest activity with lysophosphatidic acid containing myristate(C14:0), monounsaturated oleate(C18:1) or palmitate(C16:0), and lower activity with C18:0 and C6:0 lysophosphatidic acid.
