Description
H2S Assay Kit is an direct assay kit for the detection and quantification of H2S concentrations in serum, plasma and animal tissue homogenates using a microplate reader. H2S can react with acetate solution to form ZnS which can be dissolved in alkaline solution. In the presence of Fe3+, methylene blue can be formed.
