Description
FES Cell ELISA Kit is a cell-based ELISA Kit. Cells to be assayed should be seeded onto a clear flat bottom 96 well plate, using poly-L-lysine for non-adherent cells. Cells should be grown to 75-90% confluence and treated prior to carrying out the ELISA.

The gene product has tyrosine-specific protein kinase activity and that activity is required for maintenance of cellular transformation. Its chromosomal location has linked it to a specific translocation event identified in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia but it is also involved in normal hematopoiesis as well as growth factor and cytokine receptor signaling.
