Description

Fasudil is a small molecule. Fasudil is a ROCK2 inhibitor with some action on PRK2 and MSK1 (IC50 values are 1.9 µM, 4 µM and 5 µM respectively). It is also shown to inhibit RSK1, RSK2, PKA, AMPK and PKd1. It is also a calcium channel antagonist and vasodilator.
