Descripción
BCAR1, also known as the Breast Cancer Anti-Estrogen Resistance 1 protein, is an important protein involved in the development of resistance to anti-estrogen therapies, such as tamoxifen, used in the treatment of estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer. BCAR1 plays a crucial role in cell signaling pathways that regulate cell survival, proliferation, and resistance to apoptosis.
