Description
Acetaldehyde Assay Kit Assay Kit is an assay kit for detection and quantification of Acetaldehyde concentrations in serum and plasma using a microplate reader (450 nm). The enzyme catalyzes acetaldehyde to product an orange-red substance with the chromogenic agent. The absorbance values of the standard tube and the sample tube are measured respectively, and the Acetaldehyde content in the sample can be calculated.
